Returns, refunds and cooling-off period

1) Reflection period/return

You may sometimes want to return an order. That's why we've developed a returns policy. Perhaps because you don't like the product, or perhaps there's another reason why you don't want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

After canceling, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full product price, excluding shipping costs. The return costs from your home to the online store are always at your own expense, unless it concerns a warranty issue . These costs are approximately €6.95 per package; consult your carrier's website for the exact rates. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to ApexMoto with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order. If you ordered electronics and tried them on your motorcycle, you will lose your right to a refund for the returned item, unless otherwise agreed with someone at ApexMoto via email at webshop@apexmoto.nl.

Exception: refunds to Belgian/French customers may take longer to arrive, 1 to 7 business days longer depending on the payment method.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.

2) Exchange product?

Would you like to exchange your product? That's no problem. You can contact us for this. webshop@apexmoto.nl . You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, including the difference in price of the replacement product.

3) I provided an incorrect delivery address

Did you accidentally provide the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We'll try to change your order for you. If we can't do this in time, it may take a few extra days before we can resend the product.
