What are the shipping costs?

At checkout, shipping costs are calculated based on your address.
We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. If our carriers increase their rates, we may have to adjust our shipping costs.

Do you also have free shipping?

Orders over €450 (excluding shipping costs) are shipped for free within the Netherlands , Belgium and Germany .

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to multiple countries within (and possibly beyond) Europe. You'll see your country's availability and shipping costs during checkout.

What happens if I'm not home?

If you're not home, the delivery driver can leave the package with a neighbor, take it to a collection point, or schedule another delivery attempt. You'll always receive a card or email with information about where your package is and what the next step is.

Can I cancel my order?

Want to cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll try to cancel it immediately. If the package has already shipped, you can refuse it at the door or return it after receiving it according to our returns policy.
