Order

Do I need an account to order?

An account isn't required, but it is useful: you can find your orders and invoices and reuse your information more quickly for future orders.

Order confirmation & order number

After you place your order, we'll send an order confirmation to the email address you provided. This email will also include your order number. It's helpful if you contact us, so we can help you more quickly.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us as soon as possible (via the contact page) with your order number and what you'd like to change. If the order has already shipped, we can no longer process changes or cancellations.

Consider changes such as: changing the delivery address, adding/removing an item, or changing quantities.

Will I receive an invoice & export documents?

After completing your order, you'll automatically receive a PDF invoice by email. If you have an account, you can also find your invoices via "My Account."

For shipments requiring export or customs documentation, we will provide the documents required by customs (where applicable).

Questions about VAT (B2B & Outside the EU)

B2B (exempt/transferred): This is possible in some cases, but it's easiest to discuss this with us. Contact us, and we'll discuss your options.

B2C outside the EU (tax-free / VAT refund): in some cases, as a consumer you may be eligible for a VAT refund when you take goods with you and export them.

We work together with vatfree.com for this.

In practice, you pay first (including VAT) and the refund follows via the tax-free procedure (e.g. at the airport), depending on the conditions and rules that apply.

What are the shipping costs?

At checkout, shipping costs are calculated based on your address.

We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. If our carriers increase their rates, we may have to adjust our shipping costs.

Do you also have free shipping?

Orders over €450 (excluding shipping costs) are shipped for free within the Netherlands , Belgium and Germany .

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to multiple countries within (and possibly beyond) Europe. You'll see your country's availability and shipping costs during checkout.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM are normally shipped the same or the next working day (if everything is in stock).

We order products with a delivery time of 3-4 days from the supplier; therefore, these take a little longer.

During holidays, promotions (such as Black Friday), or strikes/protests, delivery times may unfortunately be longer. If delivery takes longer than 72 hours after you've registered with the carrier, please contact us.

Do you ship everything in one delivery?

To keep costs low, we try to ship your order in a single shipment whenever possible. If one or more items are (temporarily) out of stock, we often wait until everything is complete.

Would you like to receive (part of) your order sooner? That's sometimes possible after consultation. Please contact us, and we'll work together to find the best option.

What happens if I'm not home?

If you are not at home, the delivery person can leave the package with your neighbours, take it to a collection point or schedule a new delivery attempt.

You will always receive a card or email with information about where your package is and what the next step is.

I provided an incorrect delivery address

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible.

We're trying to change your order for you. If we can't do this in time, it may take a few extra days before we can resend the product.

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Want to exchange your product? No problem. Please contact webshop@apexmoto.nl .

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, including the difference in price of the replacement product.

When will I receive my refund?

We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.

If you have ordered and tested electronics on your motorcycle, you will lose your right to a refund for the returned item, unless otherwise agreed with someone from ApexMoto.

Exception: refunds to Belgian/French customers may take longer to arrive, 1 to 7 business days longer depending on the payment method.
